We are excited to announce that we have recently earned our CSA W47.2 CWB Certification! That means that we can weld aluminum for a whole host of industries and for various projects and applications.

Precision and expertise are paramount for us here at Aaron Machine Shop, especially when working with aluminum – a versatile and widely used material known for its lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties.

The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of welded aluminum structures through its W47.2 certification in conjunction with the Canadian Welding Association (CWB).

Understanding W47.2 Certification:

W47.2 certification is a stringent standard set by the CSA and CWB for companies and individuals involved in welding aluminum structures. This certification ensures that our welders adhere to specific quality control measures, procedures, and guidelines, guaranteeing the integrity and durability of the welded joints. Attaining W47.2 certification signifies a commitment to excellence and compliance with industry standards, instilling confidence in our customers that their aluminum welding projects will be completed correctly and accurately.

Our aluminum welding capabilities can be applied to many different industries. Some of those industries include:

  • Transportation & Logistics
  • Packaging
  • Energy (Traditional & Renewable)
  • Food Processing
  • Construction & Building Products
