CNC Machining

Our CNC machines use a computerized numerical control system to maneuver either a turning or milling operation to produce a component. Our experienced machinists combine mechanical design (CAD), computer programming (CAM), and machine set up and operation to produce components out of metals and plastics. Computerized manufacturing ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety during the production process.

Waterjet Cutting
Accurate & powerful heat-free material cutting
Our waterjet cutting machines use a computerized numerical control system to accurately cut through sheeted and plated materials using a high pressure mix of water and abrasive. Our process involves mechanical design (CAD), computer programming (CAM), and machine set up and operation to cut through to a desired shape.
