What Is CNC Machining?
It is a manufacturing process where pre-programmed computer software controls the movement of machinery and factory tools. This process enables you to execute three-dimensional cutting tasks in a single set of prompts. It is suitable for various kinds of materials, including plastic, metal, glass, wood and foam.
CNC machining is about transforming a piece of material into a finished product through a controlled material removal process. Similar to other prototype development technologies, CNC machining relies on digital instructions from a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or a Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). The process has various applications and advantages, especially in enhancing the efficiency of the products.
